The undersigned acknowledges that she or he may be subject to over-exertion from hiking or working, and may be exposed to rock slips, falling trees and branches, eroded trails, exposed hiking or climbing areas, unstable talus, slippery muddy conditions, heavy rain, damp working conditions, steep slopes above or below the trail, heat exhaustion, sun stroke, insect bites or concussions, punctures, lacerations, injuries accidentally inflicted by co-workers, especially during tool use, and even self-inflicted injuries, such as blisters, abrasions, sun burn, cuts, scratches, bruises, injuries sustained in slipping, falling, twisting, spraining, straining of muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments.
